Homemade Raspberry Pie

  • ½ cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 12-ounce containers raspberries
  • 1 9"pie crusts (top and bottom)
  • Vanilla yogurt or ice cream, as optional topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon and sugar and mix well. Add the raspberries and gently incorporate.
  2. Grease a large pie pan. Place the piecrust into the pie pan. Transfer the raspberry mixture to the crust, top with the remaining pie crust, and make a few slits in the top with a knife. Transfer to an oven to bake for 40 minutes, or until light golden on top. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve with yogurt or ice cream, if you wish.
