Triple Fruit Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serves/Yield: 3 to 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 mL) frozen whole or sliced strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana (frozen if possible)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • 2 cups (500 mL) apple juice

Steps:

  1. In a blender combine strawberries and banana. Add yogurt, hemp hearts and honey. Pour in apple juice; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
