Triple Fruit Smoothie

Serves/Yield: 3 to 4

Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 mL) frozen whole or sliced strawberries
- 1 ripe banana (frozen if possible)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
- 2 cups (500 mL) apple juice
Steps:
- In a blender combine strawberries and banana. Add yogurt, hemp hearts and honey. Pour in apple juice; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
