Carrot Salad

Watch Carlos and Chopped Canada Jr. Winner Ryan peel back the layers of a carrot to reveal a delicious after school snack!

Ingredients:
- 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) – carrots
- Juice of 2 medium – oranges
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ½ cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon – honey
- ¼ teaspoon – sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon – black pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoon – poppy seeds
Steps:
- Peel carrots so they are thin
- Shake dressing ingredients together in a mason jar or closed lid jar
- Pour on sliced salads and toss
