Nicole’s Berrie Smoothie

Serves: 1-2

BERRYSMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) blueberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 20 fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3 fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) ice

Steps:

  1. Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
