Come up with lunch ideas
Do you like tuna sandwiches? What about pasta salad? Make a list of foods you like to eat. Remember that a balanced meal should include food from all four food groups, so make a list of whole fruits and veggies you like to eat too!

Show your list of favourite foods to an adult to find out what they think will be the healthiest and easiest lunches to make that week.
Add to the shopping list
Once an adult gives their seal of approval, then add your ingredients to their week’s shopping list. All done!
