Pulled Pork Salsa Nachos

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pork
  • Salsa
  • Nacho Chips
  • Cheese
  • Cilantro

STEPS:

  1. Place 3 pork chops in slow cooker.
  2. Add 1 jar of mild salsa, salt and pepper.
  3. Keep on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Pull apart with fork.
  5. Add nacho chips to new pan, spread evenly over pan.
  6. Add pulled pork.
  7. Add shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, broil for the last two minutes to crisp the nachos.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  10. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and side veggies.
  11. Enjoy!
